A well-established and respected legal firm in Gloucester is looking to recruit a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters, including:
- Handling claimant personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion
- Investigating liability and quantum, including instructing and liaising with medical and other expert witnesses
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Conducting negotiations and achieving settlements
- Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity throughout the claims process
- Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, protocols, and time limits

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
- Able to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
