COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – Warwickshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded Commercial Property team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, property developers, and landowners.

You will be responsible for managing your own commercial property caseload, covering a broad range of matters such as acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, business leases, deeds of grant, deeds of variation, deeds of assignment, and overage agreements. The role will also involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation, providing clear and practical advice to clients, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business development and team growth.

You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong technical knowledge, good commercial awareness, and excellent communication and client-care skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.
