Associate Director

Gemma is a Senior Consultant and Associate Director and recruits within the East Anglia and the South East regions. She has fantastic contacts throughout these areas from the Boutique Firms up to the Legal 100 as well as a wide range of In-House organisations.

After graduating with a Law degree, she joined us as a Trainee Consultant back in 2013 and has progressed through the ranks into a leader in the legal recruitment sector, and an integral part of the management team here at Austen Lloyd.

She heads up the South East and East Anglia market, and has specifically strong knowledge and experience across Kent, Sussex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Having worked alongside the firms and candidates across this region for many years she has developed a fantastic network of clients and candidates, and prides herself on her market knowledge and ability to source top talent across the region, placing candidates into progressive and long term roles.

She works alongside Solicitors through to Partners, as well as Legal Executives, Legal Accounts and HR teams. Her clients range from boutique firms right up to the Top 10 practices as well as a variety of leading In-House clients.

She has a real passion for offering a high quality service, always striving to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for both her candidates and clients

Outside of work she enjoys exploring new places with her dog Parker, cooking, travelling, and visiting the vast array of new restaurants in the local area.
