Registration

After looking over your CV we will give you a call and run through your job search, the role you are looking for and your ideal requirements, and together we can start making a plan to achieve your career goals.

Roles

We will run through a number of new positions and target firms that we recommend you consider based on our discussion, we will give you information on the team, structure of the firm, progression, salaries and packages as well as any other tailored advice that will assist you at this stage

Application

We will tailor your CV to each application, alongside discussing your details with the hiring manager directly, answering any questions that have about your skill set, motivations and experience. Giving you the best possible chance of being progressed to interview stage.

Feedback & Interviews

We will keep you updated every step of the way as we get feedback on the positions we have progressed for you.  We will let you know which clients are interested in meeting with you, set up these interviews at a convenient time whether that is face to face or virtually. We will also ensure that you are fully prepared for interviews, giving you in depth interview tips and guidance and answering any questions you might have along the way.

Offers & Acceptance

We will call you to discuss the offers put forward following your interviews, giving you all of the information on salary, package, benefits, flexibility and any other factors that are important to you in these later stages of your search .

We will offer you advice to help you shortlist which offers are right for you, and then negotiate on your behalf to secure you the best possible package on the market.

Handing in your notice

We are here to offer advice for handing in your notice, negotiating start dates, and effectively managing any counter offers that will come your way, alongside ensuring any questions are answered right up to the day you start

Your first day and beyond

On your first day we will check in to see how you are settling in, how everything has been going and wish you very best of luck in your fantastic new role !
