HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY – MIDLANDS

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a high-performing and well-regarded Midlands team as Head of Department. This is a fantastic chance to lead, develop, and inspire a growing team while contributing to the strategic and operational success of the department and wider firm.

The role involves managing and supervising a team of fee earners, monitoring performance, budgets, and financial targets, and ensuring high standards of client service. You will provide leadership and mentorship, support recruitment and retention, oversee training and supervision, and work closely with other regional Heads of Department to ensure consistency and best practice across the firm. You will also manage a caseload, provide advice on complex matters, and drive business development initiatives.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE and demonstrable experience in team management or supervision. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, strong commercial awareness, and excellent client-care skills are essential.
