The Role

The successful candidate will handle a broad and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Commercial leases and agreements

• Development work

• Acting for a diverse client base including developers, investors, and established businesses

There is flexibility around the balance of work depending on experience and interests, and the firm is open to candidates looking to step into a more strategic or leadership focused role.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property

• Strong technical ability with minimal supervision

• Confident managing client relationships and contributing to business development

• Ambitious, collaborative, and commercially minded
