The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value residential transactions
- Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
- Advising clients, agents, and lenders throughout the conveyancing process
- Managing complex leasehold issues and title matters
- Maintaining excellent client care and contributing to the ongoing success of the team

- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with residential property experience
