We are working with a well-regarded firm in Cambridgeshire seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer-Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer-to join their busy and supportive team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Help-to-buy, shared ownership, and lease extensions
* Managing client relationships and providing excellent service throughout the transaction
