Property Litigation Solicitor – (3-7+ PQE)

An exciting opportunity for a capable Solicitor with a solid background in residential and commercial property disputes to join a well-regarded team within a substantial firm in central Birmingham. You will handle a varied and stimulating caseload involving landlord and tenant matters, boundary issues, rights of way, restrictive covenants, and wider property-related disputes.

This is a discreet mid to senior role within a modern, progressive firm, offering genuine long-term career development for the right candidate. There is real potential for progression for someone who is ambitious and keen to build their own client base.

We are inviting applications from candidates with 3-7+ PQE, with experience in key areas such as lease renewals, LTA 1954 matters, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, and dispute-resolution processes including mediation and without-prejudice meetings. Strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent client-care abilities are essential.
