A well-respected regional law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team based in Chelmsford. The Role:
You will work on a wide range of commercial property matters including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate
• Lease negotiations (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Property development projects
• Strategic land transactions and site assembly
• Supporting corporate and commercial colleagues on property-related matter

You will manage your own caseload independently, while also supporting the wider team on larger transactions. This role involves client contact from day one, offering strategic advice and building long-term relationships.

About You:

• 5+ years’ PQE with a solid background in commercial property law
• Experience handling complex transactions with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with a strategic, client-focused approach
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
