The team advises a broad and high-quality client base, including household names and prominent regional businesses, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. Work includes freehold and leasehold transactions and other core commercial property matters within a specialist commercial practice.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong commercial property expertise, ideally gained within a reputable commercial property department. You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, provide an excellent standard of client care, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
