An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1+ years’ PQE) to join a respected and growing clinical negligence team based in Cambridgeshire

We are working with a well-established firm that is recognised for the quality of its clinical negligence work and its supportive, collaborative culture. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise within a team that offers strong supervision, progression, and exposure to complex matters

The Role

The successful candidate will assist with and manage a varied clinical negligence caseload, including:

• Clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution
• Assisting on complex, high-value and multi-track cases
• Drafting pleadings and liaising with counsel and medical experts
• Client care and ongoing case management

The level of responsibility and autonomy will be tailored to experience, with appropriate support from senior lawyers and partners

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 1+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
• A professional and client-focused approach
• Enthusiastic about developing a long-term career in clinical negligence
