About the Role:

Join a legal 500 firm and renowned team based in Northamptonshire as a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive, focusing on a wide range of family law matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded team, handling a diverse caseload and contributing to the continued success of the firm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic abuse cases.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.
  • Conduct negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including court applications, agreements, and correspondence.

Criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience handling a range of family law matters.
  • Knowledge of relevant family law legislation and procedures.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
