A leading Legal 500 firm in Northampton is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor – or experienced Legal Executive – to join their highly regarded Employment team

The Role

* Advise on all aspects of employment law – both contentious and non-contentious – including TUPE, redundancy, contracts, dismissals, discrimination, and tribunal claims.
* Manage a varied caseload across a diverse client base, including SMEs, corporates, and senior executives.
* Take a hands-on role in client development and mentoring junior colleagues.
* Support the growth and strategy of the wider employment team.

About You

* 5+ years’ PQE in employment law (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive).
* Strong technical skills and a commercial, client-focused mindset.
* Looking for a role with leadership, autonomy, and long-term progression.
