Commercial Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a forward-thinking progressive firm.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE, with exposure to a range of high-net-worth commercial property transactions and be able to manage a very busy caseload.

You would be based in our Liverpool office and would be responsible for a diverse caseload that included sales, acquisitions, development agreements, and preparing and negotiating leases.

You must have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements.
