Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Essex – TOP 200 FIRM

You will be joining a leading team, and undertaking a wide range of Corporate Commercial work to include;

  • Business and share acquisitions and disposals
  • Share re-organisations
  • Corporate Governance
  • Advice to company directors
  • Shareholder arrangements and Joint ventures
  • Advice on Partnerships and limited liability partnerships
  • Advising clients in various commercial contract arrangements
  • Intellectual property matters

You will be working with an impressive client based, including high profile and complex transactions

Qualifications and Experience:

* Ideal candidates should have at least 2+ years’ post qualification experience up to a more senior level, there are a few roles in this team due to expansion and success
* Ideally experience in both corporate and commercial work, preferably in private practice or in-house experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
