The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Advising clients, estate agents, and lenders throughout the conveyancing process
• Managing complex leasehold and title issues
• Maintaining high standards of client care and service delivery
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate
