A respected and growing legal firm in Dorset is seeking to recruit a Residential / Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a varied caseload while benefiting from long-term career progression and flexible working.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a mixed residential and commercial property caseload, including:
- Handling residential conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Advising on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated documentation
- Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and reporting to clients and lenders
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential and/or commercial property
- Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a well-regarded firm
