PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR – BIRMINGHAM

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded Property Litigation team based in Birmingham City Centre.

The team advises a broad client base ranging from individual homeowners to large-scale commercial developers and landowners. With a strong reputation across the Midlands and continued expansion plans, this role offers the chance to contribute at a senior level and progress towards future leadership within the firm.

This is a mid to senior-level position within a collaborative and inclusive environment that places genuine emphasis on career development, flexibility, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters with a strong track record of successful outcomes.

Deliver tailored, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice to clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Supervise and support junior fee earners, contributing to their development.

Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with close attention to detail.

Manage matters efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.

Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the Property Litigation department.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with 5-7 years’ PQE in Property Litigation, with a proven track record in contentious property matters.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Experience supervising junior fee earners and managing client relationships.

Ambition and drive to take on responsibility and progress within the role.

A collaborative and approachable manner, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Strong IT skills.

Working Arrangements

While the firm ideally seeks a full-time commitment (35 hours per week), applications from candidates interested in part-time or flexible working arrangements are welcomed.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
