The Role:

• This role will see you advising on a diverse range of property litigation matters, including commercial and residential disputes, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary disputes, and dilapidation claims. Working with a wide variety of clients, including individuals, property developers, and businesses, you will be integral to delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the department’s growth and support junior colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to offer practical, client-focused advice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
