We are seeking a skilled and driven Private Client Solicitor or Associate to join a renowned legal practice in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious team that specialises in providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, including agricultural and owner-managed business clients.

The Private Client team is known for delivering exceptional services across a wide array of matters, such as wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax planning. The department also has a growing focus on advising private family charitable trusts and handling international assets.

This role offers the chance to work alongside some of the most recognized and experienced Partners in the field, as well as a dedicated team of over 100 professionals. You will be joining a team that offers a wealth of expertise and is highly respected within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, fee-earning support within the Private Client team.
• Manage a variety of private client matters, including but not limited to wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax issues.
• Stay up-to-date on private client legal developments and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team knowledge.
• Support the firm’s business development initiatives by identifying networking and cross-selling opportunities both within and outside the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor or Associate with experience in Private Client law.
• A solid understanding of advising clients on private client matters, including trusts, estates, and tax planning.
• An enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to client service and business development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice.
