The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Managing claimant personal injury and clinical negligence cases from inception through to settlement or trial
• Handling complex liability and quantum issues, including catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
• Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other professionals
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court documentation
• Negotiating settlements and advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout the claims process
• Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, protocols, and limitation deadlines
