Legal Cashier | Multi-Office Law Firm | Essex

A well-established, multi-office law firm in Essex is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Cashier to join their finance team.

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm with a supportive culture and a strong presence across the region.

The role will include:

  • Managing client and office accounts in line with SRA Accounts Rules

  • Processing receipts, payments, and transfers

  • Handling bank reconciliations

  • Supporting fee earners with billing and financial queries

  • Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm

  • Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A proactive and team-focused approach
