A respected Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Corporate Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their well-regarded team. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of corporate matters for a diverse client base, including SMEs, start-ups, and established businesses.

The position involves handling:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
  • Private equity and investment matters
  • Corporate governance advice

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 1 year + experience in corporate law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships
  • Experience at a Legal 500 or equivalent firm is desirable but not essential
