Corporate Commercial (5 PQE)

A brand-new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial solicitor to join a thriving team at a successful firm based in Gloucestershire.

We would encourage applications from lawyers with around 5 years’ experience. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate and Commercial matters.

The caseload includes a wide range of Corporate Commercial matters including; Mergers & acquisitions, Investment agreements, Shareholder agreements and joint ventures, Corporate reorganisations, EMI options and share schemes, LLPs and Partnerships, Commercial contracts, Due diligence.
