A reputable Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a skilled and motivated solicitor with at least 1 year + PQE in commercial property to join their team

About the Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a distinguished Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the firm, handling a variety of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex commercial property matters as required.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 1 year + PQE
Proficiency in commercial property transactions
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
