A well-regarded law firm in Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters for clients including landlords, tenants, developers, landowners, and investors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licences
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements
  • Supporting partners on larger or more complex transactions
  • Playing a key role in client care and business development
