A top-tier Legal 500 firm in Bristol is seeking a highly experienced Clean Energy Construction Senior Associate or Partner to join its market-leading team. The Role
You will lead on complex and high-value clean energy and construction matters, including:
- Advising on major renewable energy and infrastructure projects (solar, wind, biomass, and other clean technologies)
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements, and funding arrangements
- Handling contentious and non-contentious construction matters
- Acting for developers, contractors, investors, and funders in clean energy projects
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Supervising junior lawyers and driving business development initiatives at a senior level
