The Role

You will manage a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:

• Acting for vulnerable individuals and their families
• Deputyship applications and administration
• Advising on powers of attorney and capacity issues
• Working alongside the private client team on complex estate and tax planning cases
• Liaising with medical professionals, case managers, and financial advisors

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection matters (PQE level flexible as a guide)
