PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE –

Private Client / Trusts and Tax (2+ PQE) –

An outstanding Private Client opportunity with real potential to develop a specialism within Tax and Trusts and Estates Management at a substantial regional firm at a mid-senior Associate level.

This is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within this substantial firm.

You should have a good range of experience in general Private Client matters gained at a respected firm and be ready to take a major career step. This role will offer the opportunity to develop a specialism within Trusts, Taxation, IHT and Estate Management. You will be dealing with a substantial client base, including very high value estates, some of which are within the agricultural sector, so experience in this field will be a bonus, but not essential. Experience of dealing with lifetime tax planning for HNW clients would also be an advantage

This is a mid to senior position, with great potential, which will require some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
