Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) –

An outstanding Private Client opportunity with real potential at a substantial regional firm at a mid-senior Associate level.

The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm.

You should be a qualified Solicitor, with experience in a full range of Private Client matters such as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management. You will be dealing with a substantial client base, including very high value estates, some of which are within the agricultural sector, so experience in this field will be a bonus, but not essential. Experience of dealing with lifetime tax planning for HNW clients would also be an advantage

This is a mid to senior position, with great potential, which will require some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
