Serious Injury Associate Solicitor

PQE: 4 years +

Joining this tier 1 ranked team, you will conduct a varied and engaging case load to include high value, complex matters. You will support the Partners with their often high-profile cases and have every opportunity to develop your skill set, whilst conducting your own caseload and delegating to juniors in the team.

You will have the benefit of a strong team ethos around you – spending 2 days a week in the office (more if you choose) to maximise chances for effective team working and collaboration.

If you’re a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an interest in business development and a and a commercial approach. Our serious injury lawyers are adept at managing highly sensitive matters and showing dedication and care to deliver an excellent service for our clients.

In terms of your experience to date – They are looking for significant litigation experience in medical negligence work. Someone with a thorough working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience of all stages of a claim from the start through to, settlement. You should be confident to work independently but also willing to delegate.

The role is flexible with a requirement for some office working as mentioned above. Due to the nature of our work, travel may be required to other offices or clients’ homes as the need arises.
