The Role
Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
Manage leasing matters for landlords and tenants.
Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and surrenders.
Oversee lease renewals and related landlord-tenant work.
Engage in property development and investment transactions.
Advise on property finance and refinancing.
Guide businesses, developers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
Manage transactions from instruction to completion.
Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Contribute to the growth of the Commercial Property team.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property.
Preferably 2+ PQE, but open to varying levels of experience.
Proficient in managing a commercial property caseload.
Confident in client interaction and professional collaboration.
Commercially aware with a practical approach.
Capable of independent work and effective team contribution.
Organised, technically adept, and commercially focused.
Ambitious to grow within a South Wales practice.
