Jemma Hosegood plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Austen Lloyd, working closely with Managing Director Charlotte Wills to ensure the smooth and efficient running of business activities across the firm.

Highly organised and proactive, Jemma manages high-level administrative functions, diary management, and scheduling – including coordinating interviews and communications between clients, candidates, and consultants. Her support ensures a seamless experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process.

With a strong background in professional support and client service, Jemma brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to her work. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and approachable nature – qualities that make her an invaluable member of the Austen Lloyd team.

Outside of work, Jemma enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, exploring new places, and keeping active.
