Charlotte, Jane and Chris founded Austen Lloyd in 2009, now a market leading agency specialist in legal recruitment with a phenomenal national reputation.

Charlotte is now regarded as a market leader in her field. She runs the day to day running of Austen Lloyd and leads the team by example. She is personally involved in the South West, Wales and London markets. Charlotte has a wide range of excellent contacts and is widely seen as a knowledgeable and discreet professional.

Charlotte studied Sociology & Linguistics at University and worked in Human Resources herself before becoming a recruiter and worked as a special constable for 9 years being promoted to do the recruitment and welfare. Now a highly successful recruiter with a proven track record.
