Residential Property Solicitor – Kent

The Role

• Manage your own residential property caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• Handle new-build transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

• Draft residential tenancy agreements and oversee matters from instruction to completion.

• Advise clients throughout transactions, maintaining strong relationships.

• Engage in local business development, building relationships with estate agents and referrers.

About You

• Experienced Residential Property Solicitor or FCILEx.

• Confident in managing a broad range of conveyancing matters independently.

• Client-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Organised, able to handle competing deadlines.

• Commercially minded, interested in developing local referrer relationships.

• A team player eager to contribute to the department.
