Banking Solicitor – Devon

The Role

• Advise on a range of Banking/Finance matters including Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, Private Equity, Acquisition Finance, Restructuring, and Corporate lending.

• Work with a diverse client base including Corporates, Banks, and alternative lenders.

• Contribute to the development and strengthening of the client base and team.

About You

• Minimum 5 years PQE in Banking/Finance.

• Experience across various finance sectors such as Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance.

• Professional and enthusiastic approach with a focus on client development.
