Litigation Solicitor – Kent

The Role

• Manage a broad range of contentious matters including property, employment, probate, contractual, and commercial disputes.

• Handle cases from initial instruction to resolution, including drafting pleadings, issuing proceedings, and attending hearings.

• Work alongside experienced lawyers on complex disputes.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid litigation experience.

• Experience managing your own caseload.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court processes.

• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client care skills.

• Commercial and solutions-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
