An established Legal 500 firm in Hampshire is urgently looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded property team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, well-supported department with an immediate caseload and clear long-term progression.

The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this is a key hire and the successful candidate will take on a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Managing freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on residential property matters with a strong focus on client care
• Liaising with agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Managing files efficiently while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor (or Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer)
• Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a leading regional firm
