Our client, a prestigious legal firm, is seeking a highly skilled Trust Case Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Summary

As a Trust Case Manager, you will be a confident self-starter with a proven track record in trust case management. You will lead, guide, and develop a team of trust case managers, ensuring the highest standards of trust management and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of existing trusts, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop your team, ensuring efficient and effective trust case management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Risk Management: Oversee compliance and risk management for cases within your team.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all trust and organizational policies and procedures are followed and developed as necessary.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the development and operation of the business, supporting colleagues as needed.
