The Role

You will take on a varied and challenging caseload, working on disputes including:

• Commercial disputes – contract breaches, shareholder disputes, business litigation
• Civil litigation – professional negligence, property disputes, contentious probate
• ADR & mediation – advising on alternative dispute resolution strategies
• Client management – working with high-net-worth individuals & corporate clients
• Team development – mentoring junior solicitors & helping drive the department forward

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ PQE in civil & commercial litigation
• Strong track record handling complex, high-value disputes
• Business development skills – ability to retain and grow a client base
• Leadership potential – a desire to step into a senior role
