A growing regional law firm is launching a new London office and seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to develop and grow its employment practice.

The Role:
* Advise both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters
* Handle a range of matters such as; Tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, and workplace policies
* Help shape and grow the London employment offering

You:
* 5+ years PQE in employment law
* Strong business development and client relationship skills, following would be beneficial but not essential
* Comfortable advising on both claimant and respondent matters
* Commercially minded and proactive, keen to build a practice with an established regional platform
