Role Overview

In this senior role, you’ll work with a variety of clients to address both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, guiding them through sensitive and often complex matters. Responsibilities include:

• Advising on employment contracts, company policies, and compliance with employment law.
• Handling high-stakes cases involving discrimination, unfair dismissal, and redundancy.
• Offering strategic guidance on restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, including TUPE implications.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal hearings when disputes escalate.
• Building and strengthening client relationships by delivering proactive, strategic advice.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Ideally, 5+ years PQE in employment law, with demonstrated success handling complex legal matters independently.
• Client-Focused & Personable: Strong communication skills and a personable approach, enabling you to foster lasting client relationships.
• High Standards of Excellence: A commitment to quality and professionalism, able to meet the needs of clients across a range of sectors.
• Commercial Insight: An ability to understand the business context of legal challenges, providing practical, tailored advice.
