Key Responsibilities:

• Employment Law Expertise: Handle a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment contracts, discrimination claims, and dismissals.
• Client Advocacy: Provide strategic advice and representation in employment tribunal proceedings, ensuring the best interests of clients are safeguarded.
• Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in employment law, advising clients on compliance matters and proactively mitigating potential risks.
• HR Consultation: Collaborate with clients and HR professionals to offer comprehensive legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiation and Mediation: Demonstrate strong negotiation and mediation skills to resolve employment disputes efficiently and amicably.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Employment Law.
• Proven experience in handling a diverse range of employment law matters.
• Excellent knowledge of current employment legislation and its practical application.
• Strong client management skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
• Membership of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) is advantageous.
