A leading Legal 500 firm based in a beautiful Kent location is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the leading firms in the region!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice on a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to provide updates and address queries.
• Stay abreast of changes in property law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on residential property law.
• Proven experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
