Job Overview:

In the role of Residential Property Solicitor, the individual will play a pivotal part in the thriving Property Law team. Responsibilities include managing all facets of residential conveyancing, ensuring the smooth progress of transactions. With a focus on client satisfaction, the solicitor will handle a diverse caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
• Providing expert legal advice on conveyancing and property law matters.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in Residential Property Law.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
