The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions
• Lease extensions and title issues
• Advising clients from instruction through to completion
