The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High-value residential transactions
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
• Advising clients, agents, and lenders throughout the conveyancing process
• Managing complex leasehold issues and title matters
• Maintaining excellent client care and contributing to the ongoing success of the team
