The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
• Advising clients, agents, and lenders throughout the conveyancing process
• Managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client care

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property
