The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Advising clients, estate agents, and lenders throughout the conveyancing process
• Handling leasehold and shared ownership transactions where required
• Managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
